The Ireland India Institute regularly advertises competitive scholarships for supervised doctoral research projects on India. In addition to DCU-funded scholars the institute hosts the Global India European Training Network, bringing together six leading European universities with six leading Indian universities and six non-university partners (one as a beneficiary) to develop an integrated, multi-disciplinary and inter-sectoral PhD programme.
