RTE Brainstorm: What do poets have to say about isolation and quarantine?
PhD Student Tapasya Narang published with RTE Brainstorm a piece on poetry in times of quarantine. The Ireland India Institute recommend highly the reading and the listening to Tapasya’s piece of work as she concludes with O’Brien’s Still Here which observes the indomitability of nature and people’s resilience:
…We must hold on,
with the stalking fox, the howling
wolf, the swimming fish, the birds
wheeling in the air and us, holding on
all here. All still here.
