III Working Paper Series

Beyond Boundaries: An Academic Platform for South Asian Studies

The III Working Paper Series is aimed at fostering and disseminating original academic research on South Asia to an audience around the world. It is a digital publication (each paper with a unique DOI number) drawn from conference reports and proceedings of the annual South Asia Conference organised by the Ireland India Institute at Dublin City University. The series provides a selection of peer-reviewed essays, articles, and condensed research from early career researchers and postgraduate students.

Submissions by, and/or with a focus on, underrepresented groups including Queer, Dalit, and minority perspectives broadly construed and those engaging in cross-regional comparative analyses are strongly encouraged. In bringing together a wide array of theoretical, critical and interpretive studies from across the humanities and social sciences, the III Working Paper Series aims to offer an accessible space to present cutting edge research on and from South Asia.
